Therapy is personal and therapy needs to be tailored to the needs of each person. At Changing Steps we believe that this process begins at our Intake meeting. It is your job to be as honest as possible about what has been getting in the way of successful daily living, relationships and your hopes and dreams. This process begins with completing a thorough a social history. You can request these by contacting us on the Contact US page. Then please bring the completed forms to your first appointment. We will then discuss the different approaches that can be used to address your needs. These can include EMDR, many different models of Talk Therapy and Play Therapy. Play Therapy is appropriate for children, teens, adults, families and groups.
