They melted our life jackets. Given we're getting no response from Cascade Laundry in Squamish we're posting here. For the last few years we've been using Cascade to clean our fleet of lifejackets at seasons end. no problems till last fall 2014, 29 of them came back melted. The foam floatation within the nylon covering is now so disfigured they would not pass Transport Canada inspection. Nor would a guest want to wear them nor would we consider letting a guest wear them. I think their dryers were to hot. Their response was 'we can't afford to replace them' Well, I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. I'll update this review if they pay up
