Cargo Control was founded by Doug Fish in 1997. Doug has over 25 years experience in Cargo inspections mostly with SGS where he started as a Cargo Surveyor and worked as manger of Bulk commodities, and then international inspections. After extensive experience in a wide variety of Cargo inspections and marine surveys Doug is now using his experiences to offer a wide variety of services to the shipping industry locally and overseas. Cargo control Inc provides a proven approach with extensive, prompt, factual and competitively priced marine surveys, cargo inspections, testing and auditing services.

Our marine surveyors are all Certified Ships Masters with many years experience at sea and in port working in the Marine Surveying field.
