Canadian Elevator Industry Educational Program, Pickering, ON

The Canadian Elevator Industry Education Program ( CEIEP ) offers Apprenticeship training for all employees covered by Canadian agreements negotiated by the I. E. CEIEP effectively provides apprentice training using assorted training aids including text materials, video and other forms of educational instruction. Some of CEIEP's main responsibilities are to manage and direct the implementation of curricula; design, administer and monitor Apprenticeship training and provide continuing education for existing mechanics. CEIEP is also responsible to conduct courses beginning with basic to advanced level seminars to improve instructor skills and techniques. CEIEP designs, develops, updates, administers and monitors the Mechanic Examinations in accordance with the regulatory authorities across Canada.
