The Society has been a registered charity since 1975. Calder Seniors provides information, services and resources relating to seniors. Programs and services include Outreach and Wellness Programs, Social and Recreational programs, Sport and Fitness Programs, Music and Drama Program as well as a variety of Special Events. We are located in the Northwest Sector of Edmonton serving over thirty-two communities.

Calder Seniors Drop-In Society is a not-for profit organization for seniors incorporated June 30, 1975 - built by seniors for seniors. The Center is the perfect solution for those who are 55+ who want to remain active in their lifestyle and continue to contribute to the community. The vision of the Calder Seniors Drop In Society is for senior citizens to enjoy healthy, productive and independent lives and to successfully cope with life's transitions, social change and community evolution. Mission Statement: To provide facilities, services and programs that will enable senior citizens to live out their lives with health, dignity, happiness and extension of their active lives.
