Recetly purchased a TV from Brault &Martineau and returned it within 60 hours, was never informed or read any information regarding Return Policy, , and the manager withheld 15% of the purchase for restocking. This item was never used, was returned in the original packaging. I have been purchasing big box items from them since the 1980s when then first opened shop in the Centennial Plaza in DDO, over a 30 year span, I was never informed of any return policy rules, obiviously did not return any items till this week, The salesmens never talk about this subject, however they elaborate on extended warranty topics. This place is charging customer's fees without informing them. what a scam. During Covid when buisnesses are getting help from govt's. they are ripping off the consumer for unnecessary charges, claiming its on their website. who looks at websites when they are shopping in person. Will never shop in this store again, and I will make sure to pass this information to all my friends and family of their policy, and attitude

I have never been so disappointed with B&M before. We have been shopping there for all our appliances for the last 20 years.....so when we had a fire in our kitchen and needed to buy a new stove ...that is where we went. Researched the stove we wanted and then went an purchased it. First of all the salesman was very uninterested it seemed, then just distracted...we told him we had had a fire and that we were not sure when we could move back home, the stove was delivered but we couldn't unbox it until we moved back a few days afterwards. The very first time I opened the over door (rather attempted to) the front of the door (the panel) opened without the door! I cannot use the oven at all. We called B&M and were told it was LG's issue now...we called them....first they gave us a date of a week before they could send someone, when my husband phoned to confirm today for tomorrow..there was no appointment made.....then they told us it was not covered because it is 'cosmetic' ...HOW is it cosmetic when you can't open the door??? Then they told us to go back to B&M which my husband has just done....sorry, it's not our problem...you have to deal with LG. So.....apparently now we have to wait for Tuesday before someone comes to FIX MY BRAND NEW STOVE. We have had enough stress the last couple of months with dealing with the fire and now I can't even cook a meal! Thanks a lot to both B&M and LG. I will never shop at B&M again. nor will I buy another LG product.
