J’ai acheté du veau hache congele emballe sous vide le 31 dec. Decongelation au frigo. Viande tres fonce pour du veau et lorsque j’ai ouvert le sac une odeur forte degoutante m’a saisie. J’ai tout de même préparé ma recette de ragoût (on est le 1er janvier tout est fermé) mais on pouvait sentir l’odeur durant la cuisson. Malgre que la viande tres cuite mélangée a du porc hache avec des epices, les boulettes goûtaient ce que le veau sentait. J’ai tout mis a la poubelle repas du jour de l’an annule. Premier et dernier achat chez Lafleche
