EXCELLENT! The best quit smoking program one could ask for. We selected Body & Mind because they are hypnosis instructors. We also selected them not on price but track record and experience. I spent about 2 hours there and they also gave me FREE stress reduction. Laser and Hypnosis and a FREE CD of the session to take home The one month long program was also supported by another FREE 3 months if i ever needed anything! I have already saved approx $1500 after I paid the $499. The program was so thorough and complete and simple. You would have to not want it to work for it not to work! Thank you
