I went to this branch on August 9 , 2023 around 4:40 pm also try to get some cash about $2600 from the teller without ATM machine , but one of this branch stuff don’t even know the name but she is Chinese blonde hair can speak mandarin also wearing Cartier Balloon Collection Woman watch and just give me the cash in front of me not even count it for the customer. I’m not sure BMO change the new system now when you withdraw cash at the counter don’t have to count it to everyone??? I believe open account at BMO over 10 years already this is my first time to see this !
