We Deliver! Open at 4:30 p. Daily Our beginning goes back to 1988 when Bills Peking House first opened its doors in the N. of Calgary. Before opening the first location, Bill Pang managed restaurants in Calgary and Edmonton. Over the next 6 years, we branched out to a total of four locations city wide, making our reach within Calgary extensive. Our additional locations were sold in 1999, and our South Calgary location became our only home, enabling us to deliver the utmost in quality and service to our established customer base. When we decided to keep only our south location, we selected and kept 25 of our staff members, whom had served us well in the other locations. The majority of those staff members are still with us today, which is why we have been able to bring you the best and most consistent Chinese food dining experience in Calgary. OUR ROOTS What you may not know is that our food is purchased only from qualified suppliers who must meet our rigorous standards for both food safety but quality. Everything we cook is made fresh daily. Nothing is ever pre-cooked, even on busy days, and we never use pre-made food in any shape or form.
