Since 1991, Boulden Company has been providing outstanding technical sales and service to OEM’s, end-users, and repair shops that maintain rotating equipment in the petrochemical, refining, and chemical process industries. Boulden is not a typical manufacturers’ rep firm. The individuals on our experienced and knowledgeable sales team come from slightly different backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common: they understand how to make rotating equipment run more efficiently and reliably. Boulden Company was founded during an exciting time, when composite and thermal plastic materials were first being introduced as alternatives to metal in rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors. Several members of our sales team were pioneers in those early days of the application of composite technology and its innovative use in rotating equipment. For over twenty years, we have been helping customers troubleshoot and apply the right solutions to optimize rotating equipment performance. When Boulden Company joined forces with DuPont and started offering Vespel CR-6100 and Krytox to the industry, it made a huge difference in our ability to help customers increase pump reliability, performance, and efficiency. These are two of our “premier” products, primarily used in the petrochemical, refining, and chemical process industries; however, we also market products to the power generation industry. We’re successful with all of the products we market - composite shapes, pump components, compressor parts, industrial radiators, generators and exhaust systems - because we believe in building great relationships by helping our customers overcome their challenges.
