On vous raccompagne à la maison mais on ne peut aller vous rechercher faute de personnel. J'ai dû prendre un taxi et en arrivant sur place, la voiture de raccompagnement est stationnée sur place et j’ai croisé l'employé qui était disponible. Le travail de remplacement de pare-brise a été réalisé avant de soumettre la demande à l'assurance et surprise, l'on m'a annoncé le prix de la réparation après que cette dernière ait été réalisée La franchise n'est pas payée contrairement à plusieurs concurrents.
