Worst dealership ever
AS, 15 years ago
I decided to buyout my leased car and when I went to this dealership to return/buyout the car, I was STUNNED at the service I received. First off, I had to wait for 2 hrs before the rep came, in spite of having an appt. Secondly, these guys said there is an admin fee of $400 that I have to pay to get the paper work done. The lease document does not show anywhere that there would be an admin fee when I return the car, I was shocked to see the (non-negotiable) charge they asked me for preparing the buyout documents (WHATEVER). Thirdly, they asked to get the emission and safety done through their dealership ($400) as opposed to getting it done outside( $100). They just tried to rip me of my money. Nothing was stated in the document when I went to get the car on leaser and now when I am trying to return/buyout the car, these weird charges came up. Lastly, not to forget this dealership has the worst service ever. PLEASE DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP if you want to save time and money !
