Asett West is the most unorganised business I've ever dealt with. I don't know if they're understaffed, underqualified or just don't give a dam about they're customers but the lack of attention and communication is mind blowing. I should have walked up the rd to peka after it took me 3 phone calls and eventually dropping in to see that moron Dan Burnett just to try to get my property set up to rent. They also send me statements with charges on them that he can't explain and I'm still chasing them for. I could go on about how terrible these guys are but bottom line is go to p***. There's a reason they have good reviews and asett doesn't.

Stay away!! you can't get a hold of anyone if you need them. Emails, phone calls. All you get are voicemails, or automatic generated emails that they will get back to you in 48 hours- but never did. Very poor service. Low quality tenants because no-one goes there, As a landlord, you won't get the best rate because they have limited properties and therefore limited customers, and as result, they will rent your property to bad tenants at a lower rent. Go to PEKA, which provide much much better service, and you can always speak to a live person.
