Hi I live in Kelowna bc Canada where there is no Apple Store I booked my phone into london drugs to be looked when I arrived the young boy there said to leave the phone with them for a week I said no I called back to see if Apple had another repair outlet got the same info so called back to book it 4 hours south in Vancouver I asked if in an event that my phone can not be repaired does this store or other stores have a replacement , that question was not answered not even was I told that apple would express mail me a knew phone there seems to be a strong disconnect between there customer service and there retail sales outlets I was very disappointed with the service I received today and not sure I will continue with apple products
