Gilu was very knowledgeable about hearing aids and hearing problems. She answered my questions in simple language and did not rush the procedure. This is important where older people are concerned. I was wanting only one hearing aid since I had lost one recently. So there was no problem with that as she said I could try them out for 3 months and get a full refund if if I decided in the end to keep only one. So I am happy with that promise. The girl at the desk was very friendly too and both girls went above and beyond the routine clinic visit.
