Amped Nutrition is the product of real life experiences and learning's. A representation of a large physical & mental transformation that sparked a passion for health and fitness supplementation and educating people on the benefits there of.
The fascination and interest in supplementation and the ways in which supplements can aid the body in everything from immunity to performance enhancement, muscle growth, disease/ illness prevention, recovery, and wellbeing. Fascination and astonishment in the ways in which the human body can be physically & mentally altered and improved with diet and exercise manipulation, but to the next degree with supplementation. We represent being a personal test rat in numerous personal studies and loggings of the effects of supplements on the whole body in both performance and health, both physically and mentally. Venturing as far to say that we have tried and tested upwards of 95% of all the mainstream supplements from almost every manufacturer and brand available in Canada, and some not. Amped represents years of experience with tried and testing large numbers of different diets and exercise methods designed by some of the highest regarded health & fitness industry representatives and icons. It is with this experience and continuous education, researching and experimenting with supplementation that we at Amped Nutrition have developed a vast knowledge and deep connection to health and fitness and the benefits and role of supplementation in ones health/ fitness regimen.
