Always Green Inc., Oakville, ON

The worst experience we have ever had with a contractor, G******* ( J** ) M***** apparently the owner of Always Greene came to our house with a great sales pitch, telling us that he would install a sprinkler system for 2400.00 with a guarantee for five years and if we should have any problems he would look after them immediately as he also lives in the Oakville area. We had minor problems after installation but he eventually solved them. WE were told that it would be advisable to have him open and close the system so that he could make sure it was working properly, They called us to arrange an opening date. J** arrived to open the system charged us 80.00 to open and inspect and set the system up, One sprinkler head does not even work, so obviously he did not inspect them, the sprinkler does not come on when he set it for, he suggested there might be something wrong with the brand new timer that he installed last year and told us that he would be out on the following Wed. to fix it, We waited home the complete evening he did not show up to fix it or even have the decency to call. We called him back the next day he said he would be in Oakville all day Friday and to call him and remind him to come over, We called him Friday morning he said he would be over around 4:00PM I called him back at 5:00PM as we had not heard from him and his response was that he was out in Ancaster and would call us when he was one his way. again we sat in all Friday evening waiting for him and he did not show. He also indicated to us that it was not an emergency, not sure what that meant as we have a 2400.00 system that does not work !!!!! Here we are the following Tuesday still with a system that does not work and still he did not have the common decency to at least call. I would highly recommend that anyone interested in a sprinkler system search elsewhere, We certainly wish that we had of.
