The owner shills MLM weight loss products in their “medi-spa”. They sell Glow which I think is mediocre, for those middle class girls trying to make themselves feel better about their skincare and Vivier which is more respectable however the markup is a lot more than direct from them.
They had terrible recommendations, the boss laughed at my skin problems and when I needed a quality moisturizer asap they took 4 days to say it’s ready for pick up. I went to Shoppers that night to get the best moisturizer YouTube could recommend, and used clear aloe- in turn helping my injury asap. By the time they replied my skin was healing.
And I just had a bad vibe from the beginning. I knocked on the door and the man inside just stared back at me through the window, I said hello? He said nothing. It was really poor service. And they took 8 days to get back to me initially. Maybe if she wasn’t so busy with crypto mining and scamming people this “spa” would have customers.

I meant to say they would have customer service. It’s her spa, when things get slow or nobody’s able to be employed, the owner is the one who should pick up the slack. You see franchise owners or small businesses owners running themselves into the ground to keep their doors open. I guess with their 300% markup on IPL or their high injection prices is what’s keeping their doors open here even with poor service. I would never let this place inject a thing into me. I’m not even down for a simple facial with how “the boss” attitude is. Poorly coaching her spa attendants. I know a few things about skincare at this point in my journey hence why so many red flags went up here. Go to Swan or Dauphin or there’s a great girl in Humboldt who does microderm and other lighter treatments whom I adore. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk.
