Jeff is a not a nice fellow stay far, far away from this guy.
In late December our Rinnei tankless water heater started to leak. It was still working and this job was in no way an emergency. Jeff charged us $4400. Turns out the Rinnei tank he sold us RXP160in retails at Rona for $1884. That leaves over $2400 for 4 hours work, that works out to be $600 an hour.
