Alexander has 20 years experience representing German speaking clients doing business in Ontario with a special focus on German-Canadian cross border corporate, commercial, real estate and litigation matters. His representative work involves providing set up and ongoing legal advice to subsidiary corporations in a broad range of industries and advising high net worth foreign investors in all aspects of their investments in Canada including immigration and off shore trusts. He acts as general counsel and director for real estate investment syndicates, asset and property managers, general contractors and real estate developers.
