You just can't find a better lawyer. I did the search and wasted lots of time getting frustrated so there is no need for you to also run around looking for anyone else. I can save you lots of time. Listen to me because I was there. Just call him and you will be okay.

I posted this about this lawyer on another review site but and doing it here too: The price was cheap because he did the job perfectly right - exactly as he promised and on budget of our "Retainer Agreement", there was no "extra" charges other lawyers inflate their bills with! Mr. Schochet is an excellent advocate and he took care of my criminal charges. If I or anyone I know ever need a quality criminal lawyer, I would not hesitate to use or recommend him. He was very accessible to talk to on the phone or to meet whenever I wanted to. The service he provided was exceptionally well. His office is centrally located, easy to get to, and has free parking - as a bonus! Plus, I was able to call him directly on his cell - which he always answered! He came to court each time - himself. He never sent any student or junior lawyer. He delivered for me a great out come on the criminal charges that I had. I am so very grateful!

If you are looking for an excellent criminal lawyer - look no further. This is the man you want. It is terrible to need a lawyer, but it is worse to pick the wrong one. I used him because he has an excellent reputation. I searched his name on line and was impressed with what everyone wrote about him - consistently. I now join everyone else with recommending Yossi Schochet. His prices were average but the quality and result were extraordinary. My charges were quite a distance away from Toronto but instead of using a local lawyer I hired Mr. Schochet. His reputation was well known even in this town!

When I first saw all the good reviews about this lawyer, I was skeptical. I thought that this is too good to be true. Well, I took a leap of faith and hired him. Now I am a believer. It is all true. He is a really and truly an honestly skillful, exceptional criminal lawyer.

I was worried about finding a good lawyer. There are so many lawyers, so how do I pick the right one? Well, Yossi Schochet was the right lawyer! He took my case and did a great job. I was charged with "over 80" impaired driving and Dangerous Driving and Stunt Driving, I was supposed to lose my licence for a very long time. But guess what? I am driving! This lawyer is worth every dollar I paid for his services. It was money well spent.

Mr. Yossi Schochet provided me with the best possible outcome from 2 charges I faced of - impaired and failure to provide a sample (after an accident on a major highway - no injuries). With his methodical approach, he aggressively pursued the best possible option that I could have attained (short of having the judge as a relative!). Yossi was worth what he charged and he was always available to answer my questions. He comes Highly recommended and I encourage anyone that is in trouble and in need of sound legal advice and defense to contact Yossi as soon as possible. Remember, you have to live with the outcome, trust me I wouldnt be where I am if I hadnt have contacted him. outcome: plea - failure to blow and a fine over 1000.

This lawyer really ROCKS! I am so happy I chose Yossi Schochet to be my lawyer. It was the best decision I ever made. I was charged with a DUI. Yossi carefully spent a week reviewing the case against me and then he told me that he is pretty sure we can win it at trial. He fought my charges of DUI and won, just as he said he would.

I was supposed to be in jail but I did not go to jail. Why? Because Yossi Schochet was my lawyer. Not one day of jail! He kept me free to sleep at home and eat my own food. What is freedom worth? The price of a fantastic lawyer! Yossi Schochet is worth his fees.

My name is Melvin. I live in a smaller town in Ontario. When I got myself charged with a criminal offence, I wisely looked for a big city lawyer and I hired this guy. He charged just a bit more than the local bumpkins for his travel and it was worth every penny. Everyone knew that I have a great lawyer from the big city and the respect this lawyer got was unbelievable. The judge, duty counsel, crowns and local lawyers all heard of him and treated him like a super star. He cleared up my charges pretty fast and cleanly which probably saved me money in the long run. No short cuts or cutting corners and excellent service. When I called his phone, he always answered or immediately called back (that was not my experience with local lawyers). He explained everything to me and had plenty of patience to answer all my questions (because the process was so confusing to me). No need to search any further for a lawyer. I used this guy and he was fantastic. His prices were competitive but his service was outstanding and the results he achieved were incredible. I am a police officer with the Toronto Police Services. When my son was charged with a serious criminal offence I hired Mr. Yossi Schochet because I have seen his work in court and knew that he is really good. Personally, at first I was quite sure my son was guilty but my opinion changed when Yossi Schochet ripped apart all the evidence against my son and turned it into confetti.
