Awful place!!! Don't waste your time, money and nerves! Complete lack of customer service! I am generally shocked that this is possible in our time! Don't do business with him!

Worst service in the world ever seen. Waiting my thing from last 4 monts. They don't know how to talk with customers. Countless shames on them and there service providers.

Large assortment, the delivery in time. the only dissapointment - the prepaid deposit (half of the price) is non-refundable. In case if the shippment will be delayed from the manufactor you will be forced to wait as long as it need for manufactor. And can't take your money back. But we received it within 3 weeks as was agreed.

i have just bought my second set of furniture from these guys and are great came on time and everything the ones that are saying you get bad service from them must be lying or just another furniture company never had any problems with them

If you buy from Nolan's you do get good furniture but do not trust them. As they force you to buy stuff from them and when it comes to give customer service, they are total zero. One of their Sales guy, He's so rude and doesn't even know how to talk with Customer. I don't know how they are running their store. They need to provide better Customer service to keep their Customer's trust.

Worst customer service every…. Shady, dishonest, rudest employees and owner I have ever come across. At the time of purchase they neglect to inform you of their “purchase policies” as in you buy it your stuck with it, no matter how beat up/damaged the furniture is… oh they will replace it but at your own cost… meaning they will not pay for delivery or removal of the damaged goods. I understand that they do not do deliveries but when there is a problem with the goods purchased as in damaged furniture, they should then be responsible to pick it up and deliver the new undamaged furniture. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy… stay away from this store!! I will never set foot in that store again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once they have your money they don't care about you. Had to wait over 7 weeks for furniture with no apologie, Also had to call THEM for and update.. Do not recommend and will never be back there to shop.

This was the worst experience I have had at a store in my life. We bought couches and then the next day ran into car issues and had to buy a new used car so we tried to cancel the couches as we could not longer afford them he told us to bad because he ordered them already. Then we had to call when they never showed up and he told us it would be two more weeks before it left the factory. Its been 4 four weeks and its going to be two more at least no call no apology. I will never buy from him again!

I agree!!! They are Horrible, Rude and so cheap when it comes to customer service. I wish I had seen these reviews before making any deal with these people. I have the worst experience I ever had in Winnipeg at this store.

The furniture may take three weeks (as stated on all bills of sales) to arrive, but it is high quality and the prices can't be beat!!!!!!

I have never had a problem. Nolan is a great guy with your interests and needs at heart. I have not yet had a problem with the service or quality of the furniture. I am refurnishing my whole home with Nolans Furniture!

Prices, quality, service, etc very good would recommend to friends and family, look forward to more furniture soon!!

Nolans is the ONLY place that has STRONG solid dressers and tables. All the Ashley, the Brick etc is garbage and braks b4 u put any clothes in there. Go for Nolans. We had very good service there, good prices, very good products. Nolans is the place to go. Some costumer (like some of u guys) must have been real bad ... and ... that think that Nolan's .... Get a life ppl, if u r nice, they will be nice to u. It says, trat others the way u want to be treated, so I guess u just ask for ... serivce. And some ppl also have bad days, just as me and u, so get over it and get on

Horrible service, they are rude and have no class when it comes to customer service. I was looking at getting couches from them but changed my mind.

I bought a mattress which when I did asked specifically do I need a water profo cover to maintain warrenty the salesman said NO. I slept on the mattress and sure enough the mattress started to sag I called the store and asked about it. The owner said that salesman wasn't there anymore and that I needed the topper to get warrenty. The then stated for me call the factory (retailers only line) and lie about the mattress to get the warrenty. but how ever the factory did not aprreciate me calling and said they would never fix my mattress. long story made short. Don't trust what they say & Don't buy there. we only wasted $700. unhappy about it.

I also received terrible service from Nolan and his staff. Lies, empty promises, rudenss, and total disrespect for people. Recommend to NEVER USE NOLAN"S FURNITURE and spread the work. See Google Nolan's Keystone for more comments from others.
