I am new in Victoria and my car battery died, I had no one to help me ,I went to another place they didn't wanted to go, I found MAC'S AUTO ELECTRIC, Murfield attended me immediately he went to my house and gave me a very first class service friendly and good price also when I went to the local Bill took care of me very well, I highly recommend them 5 stars thanks !!! 😊😊

I bought an Alternator to my 2000 Dodge Caravan.It was a good deal compare to other store.I highly recommend Mac’s Electric Store if you need Alternator,Starter and Battery.

1/30/2015 I have had only good experience with them. Over the years Twice I have had them rebuild and repair alternator issues; I have found their quality to be exceptional and their prices fair. My last encounter was to investigate an intermittent electrical failure. They tracked the issue down to a newly installed battery cable that was both not secured to the battery box and the positive terminal was very loose. They took pity on me. The did not charge me for their troubleshooting and repair. I will definitely go to them first for any battery and charging issue.

I cannot say enough about the experience I had here. I had my Mini van towed here because the engine light was on. Within an hour they had called with an estimate. They were going to order a new alternator but then called back to say they were able to repair the existing one, so the overall price was even lower. The estimates for the install was exactly what they charged. it was great to be treated professionally. Joe and his team are excellent!

Great service ! Answered all my questions when I called. Took my Acura starter motor in the morning told me would test within the hour , called back in an hour with estimate and how long. Had it rebuilt when told and at a reasonable price ! Will do business with that company in the future
