Very satisfied with J.B. kelly. I had to file a claim with a little incident in a parking lot and all I did was mention it to Mary and by the time I got home from work they took care of the claim and I just had to pay the deductible, very prompt service!

I have been with J.B. Kelly for many years and whenever I needed them, they were there for me. Always able to answer my questions and to assist in any way they could. I particularly remember how helpful the staff was in the Ice Storm of 1998. I know they must of had many calls and claims and mine was small but they took care of me right away.
