We bought engineered hardwood flooring, 1900 sq ft worth for whole home new build. The wood hasn't warped at all and it was easy to install... but there are areas where gaps form in the winter and shrink somewhat in the summer. I didn't think this happened with engineered hardwood. Also, if exposed to any amount of water the top coat chips fairly easily at the seams taking the stain along with it. The floors have to be mopped with their special product which I don't find cleans super well. We have filled the gaps with finishing wax/paste with a coat of dark wood filler which seems to hide it very well. Areas with chipped top coat we used a stain marker and satin verathane to touch up, we will likely need to fully refinish in 15 or so years.

I purchased Fuzion Engineered flooring for my family room 10 years ago. The installation was quick and painless. Upkeep has been a breeze. The product has stood up to our 3 kids, and 3 grandkids without any sign of aging. We are currently in the early stages of designing our last home build and Fuzion Engineered Flooring will be used on 95% of the floors in our new home. I can highly recommend the Fuzion engineered hardwood flooring product line.

Have seen Fuzion for many years, some products are of good quality and some products are the lowest quality we have seen in Canada. We have also seen them selling a high-quality product and try to switch it for far lower grade hoping the client does not notice. I would vary cautious!

I bought Fuzion engineered hardwood flooring. It has only been down for a year and it has faded so badly. Instead of a dark walnut colour it is now reddish. I even have shears on my windows. Not happy. This has not happened to my other friends who have hardwood by other companies.

We heard different things about this flooring. We bought some hardwood laminate and, to be honest, it really isn't that great. It's cheap flooring packaged to look better than it is.

I agree with the two first reviews on here. Bought laminate from these guys two years ago and we've had to replace it already. There are lots of good flooring companies out there, don't waste your time with this one.

Great company and great service with a quality product. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Bought laminate from this company and really regret doing so. They're more concerned with taking your money than ensuring you're satisfied with your product
