FMI helped us get back on budget when our previous General Contractor failed to deliver. Fereshteh and Ryan (Truly Inspiring people) did not start our project with pricing like a typical GC. They provided leadership and met every single project's deadlines. My company and I are very happy with their construction services.

I know both company's directors at FMI. I have worked with them a long time ago at PCL construction. They are very skilled and professional. They truly have a passion for what they do and have amazing people skills.
