Worst experience I could of imagined, Leaking windows due to poor installation causing sages to warp and water damage in house. I have video's of water coming in from the windows due to precipitation if you want to see them. They promised to fix the windows for almost a year then decided to write and email saying they are not going to fix them anymore. I have never seen such an organization like this causing stress and harm to families due to the issues they have caused with poor workmanship and terrible customer service. If anyone is even thinking of building a home or buying a home they built please do not, they offer great deals to buy/build homes in the market today but what they don't tell is once its done your on your own. Even if they admit the mistake they wont fix it you will end up in court I can tell you that personally. If anyone else has had issues like mine please contact me at 306 551-5033, thanks Shaun

Took possession of owe house in November of 2013. Many problems including laundry room not to plan size windows at the wrong height. Front door installed crooked even windows that are side by side at totally different levels. Every inside tr on windows and doors are at different level. Flooring not installed properly. Basement floor is cracked and heaving. Listened to Al's BS and nothing getting done we ended up getting a lawyer and in the process of during Crawford. Believe me and save yourself a headache, pick a different builder. No one should ever have to go to court to get their house fixed properly. We're lucky we saw through the smoke screen by Crawfords employees and went the legal route. Good luck to you if you get this company to build your home.

We had the pleasure of working with Crawford Homes to build our last two homes. Both times the process was smooth and easy. From drawing up our blueprints, to choosing every finish we had no issues and any questions were answered quickly and accurately. Once we took possession of our home we did have a few deficiencies but they were rectified in a timely and efficient manner. Our home is exactly as we imagined it to be and we would gladly build with Crawford again.

Crawford is currently advertising on Z99 radio that they are Regina's best custom home builder - BULL! They don't build anything that could use the term BEST and they are a production home builder, specs homes, not custom. This builder changes a few features in one of their spec homes and they calls it custom - what a joke. Is there no one who monitors false advertising anymore. Find me one person besides Big Al himself who thinks Crawford builds a good home!!

I bought a spec house built by crawford in jan of 2012. From day one it was nothing but trouble. After living in the house for a short time i noticed allot of poor workman ship to list a few, everything from the door trim having different sized gaps at the bottom (there should be none) to stucco slopped all over the windows and cladding. The garage foundation failed pulling away from the house leaving a nearly 1/2 inch gap. After calling and going to the office at least a dozen times the most they would do is silicone the gap. As if that wasn't insulting enough they would't even replace the stucco where the crack was, they claim they're coming but it's been over a year now. Crawford makes absolutely no attempt to fix problems after possession. The most common excuse i've heard from them to explain poor quality is that they are building so many houses that it is hard to get good trades people. they actually told me that,unbelievable. Nothing but a disappointment. Stay away from crawford, i have a friend that built with d***** and it has been flawless so far.

I HAVE HAD WATER LEAKING FOR 8 YEARS IN MY NEW HOME . CRAWFORD HAS MADE SOME HALF HEARTED ATTEMPS , BUT NOT SUCCESFUL. (WATER STAINS EVERWHERE) THEY REFUSE TO HELP AND ALWAYS PUT BLAME ON EVERYONE ELSE. IF I COULD APPEAL TO AL FROM CRAWFORD HOMES TO HELP , HE WOULD BE DOING THE RIGHT THING. We moved into this house April 16 of this year. The stucco at the back/front of the house is cracking/chipping off. Warrenty on this house started Jan. 16, 2009. Started emailing Crawford about the stucco problem on June 6, 2010. I emailed and phoned them many times with no response. I finally got a phone call last Monday(Nov. 15) stating that Crawford only covers the first year of warrenty and that I should phone National Home Warranty to see if they could do anything. I phoned them and they said that defects in workmanship and materials are only covered in the first year and that I should call Crawford back to get the stucco fixed. I phoned Crawford back and told them what National Home Warranty said and the only thing they did was give me the name of the contractor who installed the stucco. Crawford homes does not stand behind their quality of work. If I was to buld a new house I would definitly not use them. They may be cheaper than the other companies but you will pay for it in the end.
