Apple Crumble Tart – I learned that I should always bring at least two of these wherever I go. Everyone loves them and they never last. They taste and look great.

How this cake got its name I do not know. It’s made chocolate hazelnut mousse, chocolate biscuit, dark chocolate mousse, meringue and more mousse. It might be better named Mont Chocolat. Whatever you want to call it, it’s one of the best Amadeus’ Fine Cakes has to offer. We recommend it highly.

You may have had this classic dessert before, but Amadeus’ version gives it new meaning. Literally soaked in rum and coffee, the white biscuit base to this cake is paired with mascarpone cheese and is simply heavenly. If you try this one, you’ll never order Tiramisu anywhere else again.

I took this cake to a baby shower at work. It was perfectly wonderful. This bright, fresh fruity delight is not just pretty – it even looks healthy. It features white biscuit, vanilla cream, fresh peaches and raspberries, an exceptional choice since the baby to be is a girl. Everybody loved it.
