Pallets destined to leave the country must be treated to meet international standards ISPM #15 for limiting the spread of foreign pests. We are a federally regulated and approved facility that has the capability of ensuring all your wood products meet this standard. Pallets are manufactured using treated material and are certified and stamped for export shipments. Our in-house heat treatment kiln chamber is used to certify all existing recycled pallets or other wood packaging materials to ensure your shipments are not held at borders or experience delays.

We manufacture very specialized pallet designs to meet the unique product requirements of our customers. From 16 inches to 16 feet, any size combination can be produced.

We can manufacture a wide variety of pallets to meet each customer’s unique needs and specifications. By utilizing unit load design software we can assess weight capacity, load stability, and overall durability of each pallet we manufacture. Our automated machine built pallets provide consistent quality and capacity to meet your changing demands.

A recycled pallet is a cost effective alternative to meeting your requirements. We carry a large inventory of standard 48x40 sized pallets along with many custom sizes that can meet your needs. All recycled pallets can be treated and certified in our in-house kiln for export shipments.
