Proprietary roof treatment: * Full treatment with our proprietary moss and algae sterilizing solution. * Kills all remaining moss, lichen, algae, mold, and spores on your roof. * Removes unsightly black algae streaking and restores original roof colour. * Full rinsing of plants and deck during roof treatment and after in order to completely neutralize any possible roof drips or overspray, leaving no trace and freshly-watered plants. * Roof cleaning spray recommended by Roof Cleaning Institute of America (RICA) and is their warranty-approved treatment recommendation. * Includes 2 year moss-free warranty. * We will return and retreat affected area at no charge to you if regrowth within 2 years (does not include algae runs or roof areas with overhanging trees). * We use only a low-pressure non-damaging spray, we never pressure wash your asphalt, tile, concrete, terracotta, or metal roof.
