Step into a warm cocoon in our our FAR Infrared Sauna, a haven where soothing warmth penetrates your body through advanced infrared technology. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat directly warms your body, promoting a gentle and deeply penetrating heat that induces relaxation and rejuvenation. Because infrared rays penetrate in the body through conversion, there is a deep heating effect on both the muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart. Our staff will ensure your well-being during each session, and we offer a peaceful environment where you can fully unwind to embrace the experience. Sessions can be booked as single treatments, or as an add-on to any of our other wellness services for a reduced fee. Single or couples infrared sauna sessions are available as well as multi-session packages.
