There is one Director representing each municipality except for Chatham - Kent (3). Directors are appointed for a maximum 3 year term and can be reappointed. Meetings of the Board of Directors are generally held on the last Thursday of every other month commencing in February at the Chatham Administration Building of the Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority.
