He has worked at several famous restaurants in Hong Kong including Maxim’s, Tai Hing, and Café de Coral. Alfred’s family moved to Prince Edward Island, Canada in August 2017, so his 3 children could receive better education. He finds that while there are a lot of restaurants providing quality Chinese food on the island, he still wants to provide one more choice for people who love Chinese food, so he founded the Hong Kong BBQ House in June 2018.
