Pinnacle Park Trailer & Camping Association are located in Northumberland County just north of Cobourg. If rolling hills, large lots, nice big pond with raft and peddle boats, pool, rec center, laundry facilities, and so much more then this is the place for you. While the park is open year round we are under township rules that state permanently occupancy is not permitted. We are however able to come in from Dec – Mar 31 for a total of 15 days a month. We are a gated community with full time Maintenance Staff. When you buy into Pinnacle Park you are purchasing a License to Occupy. The Association owns the property but we the members own the Association. We are governed by the members and daily operations are overseen to by a nominated and elected Board of Directors every 2 years. If your looking for a piece of heaven, you found us.
