The Athletic Development Program consist of 3 different program lengths: 18 WEEK Program, 14 WEEK Program, 10 WEEK Program. Within each Program Length (number of weeks), you have the option of selecting either the GOLD (3 strength training workouts per week), or the SILVER (2 strength training workouts per week). There is a junior strength training segment within the 14 and 10 week programs which will be age related for safety.
