Canwood C & J Towing & Recovery was started in 1992 by Jeff & Celine Sipes in Canwood, Saskatchewan. In February of 1991 their son, Joel, was born. After many years of working construction Jeff wanted to be closer to home, and his family. Jeff and Celine started off by purchasing an older tow truck and eventually grew it into the business it is now.
