I have over 25 years total in restaurants all across North America and The Carribean. Your menus will have a wide variety and I offer you the client the option to take any item off any menu and put it on the menu of your choice. I offer over 30 soups and 20 Salads to accompany your entree choices. I have all the equipement to make your event not just a hit, but you will hear your guests talking about the food all eveing long. Bow Valley Gourmet is Centrally located in the Bow valley, however we do service any area from Calgary to Lake Lousie. Bow Valley Gourmet offers many services outside of the Personal/Private chef options. For example we offer a "Fill your Fridge" option. Which you can choose up to 20 meals that will be fully prepared in your home and either kept in your fridge or your freezer. You will be left exact heating or re-heating instructions on the food that have chosen. Other options include Cooking Classes, Iron Chef Cook-offs, Athletes & Sports Teams at any location or Business parties that save your company a bundle. The new addition to Bow Valley Gourmet is Restaurant Consulting. In my previous expieriences I have spent half the day wearing a Tie, the other half a Chef Jacket.
