We believe that Mindful Movement transforms people’s lives. Mindful Life Studio was founded in 2002 to provide high quality Pilates Instruction and Instructor Training to Southwestern Ontario including Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas. Located in the heart of downtown Cambridge at the newly renovated Tiger Lofts building. We offer a diverse selection of private and semi-private group instruction on the Reformer, Trapeze Table, EXO Chair, and Arcs. We also offer semi-private group instruction for Hatha Yoga and the TRX Suspension Training System.We provide unique results oriented training for the general population, injury rehabilitation & prevention, athletic enhancement, and instructor training & mentoring. We integrate a mindful approach to exercise with the latest advances in anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and functional fitness. At Mindful Life Studio we teach you how to transform your body for life
