The Calgary Regional Consoritum (CRC) provides professional learning opportunities for K-12 educators including school trustees, superintendents, administrators, teachers, support, non-teaching staff and parents. The CRC works with 8 school jurisdictions and over 80 private, charter, band and provincial schools in and around Calgary. The Calgary Regional Consortium: -is one of seven regional consortium that make up the Alberta Regional Professional Development Consortia; -works with schools, school authorities and six partner organizations-- ATA, ASBA, ASCA, ASBOA, CASS, University of Calgary and Alberta Education-- to create professional learning opportunities; -develops programs based on learning needs identified by school and school district personnel as well as parents and partner organizations.
