John has a significant medical background, which includes his 15 years as a paramedic, his own air ambulance business, and his ongoing involvement in the care of brain injury and mental health diagnosis clients. Together Susan & John formed Signature Care, the first Canadian membership partner of . John & Susan have both earned their designation as (CSA) & have become associate trainers of the Best Friends approach to dementia care - a program endorsed by the .
