Beaners also does ear piercing, perms, hi-lites, and great birthday parties! Retail walls are alive with colour!!! Kid's eyes dance around the store taking in sights and sounds. They glaze over as they look at wall of toys: cars, trucks, kites, dinos, police kits, painted rock set, paper doll books, hair wraps, thumb print animals, etc. Girls swarm to a wall full of unique and colorful hair accessories, nail polish, hair mascara, glitter spray...everything that a girl could want!!

Harmony Hair Design was opened by Jessica Malkam and her sister Lara in September of 2004. Since its humble beginnings, the salon has grown to include more Stylists and a recent expansion. The quaint salon located in the northwest of Calgary offers a "mom and pop" atmosphere where you can feel at home, while still getting a look you can brag about. On top of having highly trained employees, we use only the best products including the Schwarzkopf colour line and Moroccan Oil hair care products. We also offer tanning in our salon, in either a standard bed or stand up, and a red light therapy skin rejuvenating bed. Allowing you to keep that healthy glow year round, even in the cold Calgary winters. On top of being able to cut, colour and style your hair to create a look that's uniquely you, we can even take care of some of that unwanted hair for a complete and polished look.
