My name is Amber and I am the woman behind Black Collar Society. I am Customer Service, Human Resources, Management.. I do it all! But most of all, I love spending time with our pups. I was born and raised in the beautiful province of British Columbia with my mother, stepfather and two younger siblings. Later moving to Alberta to be with my Dad. I grew up with cats and dogs alike over the years.. My Mom the proud owner of two Shih Tzu’s (Skittles and Oreo), a Chihuahua-Shih Tzu-Terrier (Caramela) and an orange Miniature Tabby cat (Tabby). And my Dad, the proud owner of a brown Tabby cat (Maximus Prime). When I’m not walking dogs, I am likely working on one of my other business ventures! Whether it be showing of my Jamberry manicures, wearing my leggings from All Things Adorned or cleaning up event rentals from Amber Roy Events & Weddings. Though, believe it or not, I don’t work 24/7! During the Winter months I like to head to the outdoor rinks for a game of shinny and in the summer months, I head out to the mountains for a hike. If it gets me outside and moving, chances are – I’m gonna love it! I have a thing for tea, gelato, fashion and organization. I have a really bad habit of dining out a little too much. (If you ever need a “good place” to go for food, ask me! Italian, Indian, Chinese, French.. I always know where to go!) Would never pass up the chance to share a bottle of wine with my friends or family. And I can’t wait for to share all of life’s adventures with my partner Marcin!
