Our family owned and operated business started as J. International on 6th street in Burnaby in the late 1980’s. At that time, our main product line consisted of South Asian products. In 1997, we moved to our current location on Edmonds Street under the name of New Generation Foods. We have since expanded our product line to include Hispanic (Latin America), African, Middle Eastern, European, and South Asian foods. These products include an extensive range of spices, beans, lentils, flours, grains, rice’s, dried fruit and nuts. We also carry a wide range of flours to respond to our clientele who have dietary restrictions (e. rice, corn, quinoa, amaranth, sorghum, oat, barley, soya etc. We also take pride in our personal customer service, as our success rests on customer satisfaction. “Our customers come first“.
