Susan Robertson pottery is an existing business that has been successfully operating for over 35 years. It is located at 1 Kylee Place, Broderick, Saskatchewan, in a 2500 square foot building which features dedicated space for production, warehousing, packing/shipping, office and retail. Our facility is situated next to Highway 15, a major thoroughfare in central Saskatchewan. Operated as a partnership, Susan Robertson pottery is comprised of Susan Robertson, Managing Partner, and Ian Robertson, Financial Manager, and is wholly owned by the partnership. The business is comprised of three divisions, Susan Robertson pottery, wholesale division; Robertson Gallery and Gift, retail division and Susan Robertson, Ceramic Artist, one-of-a-kind sculptures. At Susan Robertson pottery, we manufacture Canadian, hand built, hand-painted functional and decorative pottery such as mugs, plates, bowls (tableware); bread pans, pizza pans, quiche dishes (bake ware); platters, dishes, teapots (serving ware); and vases, toothbrush holders, soap dishes (home décor). Created by Internationally recognized Ceramic Artist Susan Robertson, these products are designed to make people smile. The surface decoration reflects Susan’s love of colour and sense of humour, and is inspired by nature and the world around her. As well, the pottery is truly useful as it is food, microwave and oven safe. It is also dishwasher safe, making clean-up a breeze! Susan believes that everyone should live with art they love and she creates genuine, personal objects which remind the purchaser of an experience or shared adventures. Susan Robertson pottery built a new facility in 2021 in Broderick, Saskatchewan which opened on June 26, 2021, where she employs two full time employees. Susan continues to be passionate about clay and thrives on developing new designs for her customers.
