Tout en offrant les classiques d’un bar laitier tels que la crème glacé molle, le tourbillon, le sundae, la slush, et autres, les 3 Cornets se spécialise dans la confection de gelato et de sorbets maisons. Un gelato est d’origine italienne, fait à base de lait et d’ingrédients naturels alors que le sorbet est fait à base d’eau et de vrais fruits. Aux 3 Cornets, tous les employés sont des étudiants.
