Contact Us History Originally Built in 1906 as the Pioneer Hotel, this building has seen the twentieth century come and go. We are proud to be restoring this historical fixture to a semblance of her glory days. Just 25 minutes NW of Saskatoon on Highway #16, the Model-T Bar & Grille in the old Borden Hotel also has 5 newly renovated rooms & suites. The Inn is classic, comfortable and affordable. Tony & Helen Beaudry formerly of Meadow Lake, SK are the new owners of the Model-T Bar & Grille (what was previously known as the Borden Hotel). Over the past 15 years this industrious couple have owned &/or managed multiple restuarants, inns and a bed & breakfast. With years of experience in home building & renovations they have eagerly taken on the mammoth project of restoring the old hotel into something the town can once again be proud of. The Inn at the Model-T boasts expanded rooms, suites, & fixtures -- Stay for the night or a week in one of our newly redesigned historic theme rooms. Styled after a turn of the century (the 19th century, that is.) boarding house, but with modern plumbing & amenities.
