Welcome! The Leather Loft was started in 1995 and is located in the Sunset Hills (above) near Bentley, Alberta, Canada. Everything is custom made in a traditional manner by myself, Gail Cook. Saddles, Chaps, Chinks and Mounted Shooting Holsters....the goal is the same...to be creative, original, and most importantly....functional. I graduated from a leatherworkers course in 1994, worked for an established saddlemaker and have made my living doing leatherwork for over 20 years.
