We are also a registered ENERGY STAR® builder. Frank is well known for accurate quoting for potential clients based on a full set of plans at no charge. He firmly believes in the homeowner knowing all costs involved from start to closing with no unwanted “surprises”. Frank is a hands on Builder (NOT a General Contractor) in attendance at all job sites accompanied by long time employee and son, Rob DeSutter. Frank and Rob are physically involved in all aspects of the construction of all DeSutter built Homes. Several of our licensed sub-trades and suppliers are local to the Aylmer area as well. Our Company supports several charities and local causes but chooses to keep a low profile as it is those causes that are of the highest importance.
