Lesley Park received her diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1983 and is a registered therapist in Ontario and British Columbia. She manages a private practice in Ajax which she started in 1987, and continues to teach information workshops for the public. She has been active in health and wellness endeavors acquiring knowledge and experience in various environments such as health spas, athletic and fitness clubs, massage schools, chiropractic clinics, sports massage clinics, and onsite at sports competitions such as the Ontario Winter Games, South Central Regional Games for the Physically Disabled, Trent University Rowing Regatta, and Ironman Qualifying Triathlons. In 1986, Lesley began teaching for Kikkawa College, Toronto. From 1988 – 96, she was the Director and Clinic Supervisor of Kikkawa College student outreach massage clinic at the world-renowned Variety Village Sport Training and Fitness Center in Toronto. In 2002, Lesley received her diploma from the Trigenics Institute of Myoneural Medicine – an interactive, neuromuscular treatment system used to provide immediate pain relief, rapid healing, and enhanced athletic performance. Lesley was VP and Director of Massage Therapy Services (Toronto) for the Austin Health Agency from 2002 to 2008. Further to her administrative duties at the Agency, she was regularly called to provide treatments for actors, touring musicians, film and television productions, celebrities, professional athletes, and VIP’s.
